A new mode of GREEN sustainable transportation has arrived in Miami Beach!
THE CONCEPT: A convenient alternative to replace those short trips normally made by car to save time, money and your health... DECOBIKE is designed with resdients and locals in mind. Approximately 100 DECOSTATION locations have been designated to serve the needs of the local community by providing an extremely thorough network of convenient stations to checkout or return a DECOBIKE. DECOSTATIONS are typically spaced less than 300 yards apart (or every two to three blocks).
THE BENEFITS & PRIVILEGES OF A BEACHPASS MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION: UNLIMITED ACCESS to DECOBIKE! BeachPASS holders enjoy UNLIMITED trips/uses per day, with the first 30 minutes FREE. The typical commuter bike ride across South Beach is less than 10 minutes, so this gets you to almost all corners of the City at no cost. If you choose to keep the DECOBIKE longer than 30 minutes without re-docking it at a station, you will be charged a small fee for additional time used. Since we aim to keep things fun and exciting, BeachPASS holders will also receive invites to exclusive events, contests and promotions in and around Miami Beach.
HOW IT WORKS: BeachPASS Membership Subscriptions are billed monthly, via a credit card or checking account on a recurring basis until cancelled. A one-time, SECURITY DEPOSIT of $185 is required when you create your account and is held in a non-interest bearing escrow account. The deposit is FULLY REFUNADABLE for members in good standing.
